for Schools - Career Minded Australia Career Guidance Assessment Programme
Introduction
Welcome to Career Minded Australia (ABN: 39 731 188 091). We specialise in providing career guidance and assessment services to senior secondary students to assist them in making informed decisions about their future study and career paths.
Definitions
“Programme”: The career guidance and assessment sessions conducted by Career Minded Australia.
“Participants”: Senior secondary school students who are enrolled in the Programme.
“School”: The educational institution at which the Programme is conducted.
“Services”: The career guidance and assessment services provided by Career Minded Australia.
“Provider”: Career Minded Australia, the entity providing the Services.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Career Minded Australia to conduct the Programme at your School, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Services Provided
The Provider will conduct career guidance and assessment sessions as outlined in the Service Agreement. The scope of Services includes but is not limited to career counselling, skills assessment, and educational pathway planning.
Bookings and Cancellations
The School must book the Programme in advance. Cancellation policies will be outlined in the Service Agreement. Fees may apply for late cancellations.
Fees and Payment
Fees for the Programme will be agreed upon in the Service Agreement. Payment terms will be stipulated in the invoice provided by the Provider.
Obligations of the Provider
The Provider will:
- Deliver the Services with due care, skill, and diligence.
- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Respect the confidentiality of all participants’ information.

Our Privacy Policy
Sharing and Use of Personal Information
Career Minded Australia does not share individual details or personal data with any third-party individuals, entities, or organisations. Payments are directly provided to the payment provider, Stripe in our case. Career Minded has no access to nor stores your payment details.
Any additional data we gather and utilise serves exclusively for research objectives aimed at enhancing our service and broadening the collective knowledge concerning career exploration. This data is used in an aggregated form, guaranteeing that individuals who make use of Career Minded’s services remain anonymous.
We take reasonable steps, at all times, to ensure the protection of our clients personal information.
Use of Personal information
For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information: what Career Minded videos are viewed and how long individuals spend on the careerminded.com.au site.
Career Minded Australia reserves the right to make amendments to this privacy policy at any time. If you have objections to the privacy, you should not access or use the site.
Obligations of the School
The School will:
- •Ensure that appropriate facilities are provided for the delivery of the Programme.
- Ensure that participants have parental or guardian consent to partake in the Programme.
- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property
- All materials provided during the Programme, including but not limited to worksheets, presentations, and handouts, are the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be reproduced without permission.
Privacy and Data Protection
The Provider is committed to protecting the privacy of the Participants. All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as set out in the Privacy Act 1988.
Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under or in connection with the Services, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnity
The School agrees to indemnify the Provider against any claims or loss arising from the School’s breach of these Terms and Conditions or any obligations under the Service Agreement.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be escalated to mediation or legal action as necessary.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the state in which the School is located.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments will be effective upon notification to the School.
Acceptance
The School’s signature on this Agreement shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
